Chen Yang extended a warm welcome to Fu Xiangdong and his team and provided a brief overview of China MCC’s business structure and development trajectory. He noted that in recent years, leveraging its specialized technical expertise and operational qualifications accumulated in the steel and metallurgy sector, China MCC has established a business framework centered on "One Core, Two Subjects, Five Characteristics." Currently, China MCC is actively fulfilling the Group’s founding mission of "serving the mining industry and strengthening the nation through mining," fully capitalizing on its integrated full-industry-chain advantages in the metallurgical and mining construction sectors. By doing so, it aims to forge a differentiated competitive edge and accelerate its transformation and upgrading. Sunward Intelligent Equipment, as a representative enterprise in China’s engineering machinery industry, has achieved remarkable progress in the high-end equipment manufacturing domain. The two parties enjoy a solid foundation for cooperation and broad prospects for collaboration. Chen Yang expressed hope for further complementing each other’s strengths—leveraging China MCC’s extensive engineering and mining application scenarios to deepen joint R&D in intelligent and unmanned equipment. He also called for enhanced pragmatic cooperation in areas such as the application of complete mining equipment sets, collaborative international expansion, and the construction of production and R&D bases, striving for win-win outcomes and shared high-quality development.
Fu Xiangdong expressed gratitude for Chen Yang’s warm reception and highly commended China MCC’s recent developmental achievements. He stated that Sunward Intelligent Equipment is currently focusing on comprehensive development across three major domains: engineering equipment, specialized equipment, and aviation equipment. Its products have been exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide. Recognizing China MCC’s formidable comprehensive strength and the high degree of alignment between their business scopes, Fu Xiangdong affirmed Sunward’s full commitment to supporting China MCC’s transformation and upgrade. He expressed hope that this meeting would serve as an opportunity to further strengthen strategic alignment, expand collaboration in mining equipment provision and technological co-innovation, and accelerate the implementation of key cooperative equipment projects. Through shared application scenarios, both parties aim to drive the transformation of mining equipment toward new energy, intelligence, and automation, jointly forging a benchmark for cross-sector collaboration and achieving mutual benefit and shared development.
The meeting was also attended by Long Jucai, Vice General Manager of Sunward Intelligent Equipment, as well as MCC headquarters department heads and subsidiary leaders including Zheng Li, Guo Wencai, Yang Hua, Yang Ruobing, Bao Chaoliang, Zhou Zhijun, and Jia Ningchuan.
