On December 19, after long-term project tracking and tough project negotiation, MCC Overseas Indonesia Company successfully signed two cooperation agreements on Indonesia ferro-nickel smelting project. Zou Weimin, party secretary and chairman of MCC Overseas, attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing.
On the morning of December 19, Huai Lianguo, general manager of MCC Overseas Indonesia Company, signed an agreement with the chairman of the owner's joint venture on behalf of both parties. The Project is jointly invested by Chinese owner and Indonesian owner, and MCC Overseas Indonesia Company has contracted for its construction. On the afternoon of December 19, Cao Xiaowei, deputy manager of MCC Overseas Indonesia Company, signed the general contracting cooperation agreement of ferro-nickel smelting project EPC (Phase I) with the owner's managing director on behalf of both parties. The Project, with the EPC+F mode, is Indonesia's first EPC general contracting project from feasibility study, exploration, design, procurement, construction to pilot production and also the largest industrial project signed by MCC Overseas Indonesia Company in Indonesian market.
In recent years, MCC Overseas Indonesia Company has been recognized by more and more owners with its good reputation, high-quality technical services and mature management system. The signing of the two projects indicates that MCC Overseas has fully stood firm in Indonesia's ferro-nickel smelting market. I believe the project will be the latest fruit of Sino-Indonesia friendship under "the Belt and Road" initiative.
