On the afternoon of July 1, Chen Jianguang, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals, Secretary of the CPC Committee of MCC, and Chairman of MCC and China MCC, investigated and directed work at MCC Huatian. He convened a leadership symposium, listened to the work report on the topic of "Production and Operation of MCC Huatian", and put forward specific requirements for MCC Huatian's works in the next stage.
At the leadership symposium, Chen Jianguang put forward four requirements on the capacity building of MCC Huatian's leading bodies: First, we should focus on the politics. The leading group and Party members, cadres and employees must align their thinking and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Committee of MCC and work together to make progress in various tasks. Second, we should focus on the overall situation. The leading group should keep in mind the overall situation and the fundamental interests of the enterprise, effectively enhance the cohesion, fighting ability and appeal of the leading group, and strive to create a good unite, harmonious and stable atmosphere and a clean and upright working environment. Third, we should focus on responsibilities. The leading group should not only fulfill their duties, take responsibility and work diligently, but also should complement, help and promote each other, so as to practice "one post, two duties", ensure to successfully reach the task targets in their fields, and promote the healthy and stable operation of the company. Fourth, we should focus on dedication. The leading group should dare to take responsibility, solidly promote the implementation of various reform measures, shore up weak links, strengthen weaknesses, enhance advantages, and lay a solid foundation to continuously improve the core competitiveness of the company, and ensure the steady progress of reform.
Chen Jianguang recognized the achievements made by MCC Huatian in reform and development in recent years, and put forward three requirements for the works in the next stage: First, we should objectively view the development status of the enterprise. The leading group should emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, forge ahead with unity, and strengthen the confidence and determination of enterprise development; It is necessary to correctly understand and scientifically handle problems, locate the weak points with outstanding peers as the benchmark and check and solve problems, so as to promote development and solve the historical problems of the enterprise. Besides, we should find the right orientation, make targeted efforts, and formulate concrete and feasible reform plans to get out of difficult situations and revitalize with drastic reform. Second, we should carefully find the development direction of the enterprise. The leading group should give full play of subjective initiatives, highlight the characteristics and strengths of the enterprise and find the development direction and path based on the actual situation of the enterprise. We should make use of our advantages including technical talents to find new directions and create new growth poles. We should pay close attention to the implementation of work, establish a performance-oriented income distribution mechanism, adhere to the selection and appointment orientation of fairness and justice, and fully stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres and employees. Third, we should make every effort to implement the "three guarantees". We shall make overall arrangements for the work plan for the second half of the year and do a good job in resuming work and production, marketing and other tasks to ensure reaching the annual task targets. We shall carry out the "Five Action Plans" and "Five Types of China Minmetals" in MCC and further focus on "three enhancements, two optimizations, and one improvement", "five special actions", and the six key tasks of "maintaining stable growth, controlling risks, advancing reform, refining management, seeking innovation, and strengthening Party building". With specific plans and goals, we shall carry out construction according to the engineering drawings. That is how we can ensure that measures are taken accurately. In addition, we should pay attention to epidemic prevention and control, work safety and stability maintenance to ensure smooth production and operation.
During this period, Chen Jianguang visited the Long Steel Smart Manufacturing Center of MCC Hua Tian and had an in-depth understanding of the operation of MCC Huatian's Intelligent Project Management and Control Platform.
