To implement the spirit of China MCC's 2026 Annual Work Conference and vigorously promote high-quality development in marketing, the China MCC's 2026 Marketing Work Conference was convened on March 3rd at Shougang Park, Beijing. Chen Jianguang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China MCC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, presided over the conference. Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, made a marketing work report.
Chen Jianguang delivered a speech at the meeting titled "Upholding Integrity and Innovation, Practicing Diligently, and Striving to Compose a New Chapter of Re-transformation and Re-upgrading with High-Quality Marketing." He fully affirmed the marketing achievements during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, pointed out existing shortcomings, and put forward three requirements for ushering in a new era of market marketing: accelerate the transformation of concepts, achieving "five shifts" from "scale expansion to quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, from focusing on projects to focusing on customers, from relationship marketing to value marketing, from solo operations to collaborative efforts, and from experience-driven to data empowerment"; strengthen strategic implementation, ensuring alignment with "development plans, annual priorities, and project execution"; adhere to the "grand marketing" philosophy, optimize incentive mechanisms, cultivate the marketing team, uphold compliance bottom lines, and anchor the "55 Strategy" to vigorously achieve the "five ones"struggle goals for market marketing.
During the meeting's summary, Bai Xiaohu emphasized the necessity for swift dissemination and implementation of the conference's directives, advocating for the unification of thought, assumption of responsibility, and stimulation of initiative. He stressed the paramount importance of marketing endeavors, urging a focus on core responsibilities to tackle "three major directions." Furthermore, he called for accelerated advancement in marketing strategy, achieving "three upgrades," and reinforcing core competitiveness by prioritizing quality enhancement and efficiency. The cultivation of a "wolf-like" culture within the marketing team was also highlighted as a means to invigorate market penetration and energize all personnel.
Zhu Guangxia delivered a report on market marketing work, comprehensively summarizing achievements during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. The report outlined work requirements across seven aspects: "strengthening core business, anchoring the 'two new' strategy, deepening overseas expansion, focusing on internal and external synergy, enhancing departmental collaboration, vigorously pursuing system development, and strictly adhering to compliance bottom lines."
The conference recognized outstanding contributions in market marketing for China MCC in 2025, commending advanced collectives, "Marketing Elites," and exemplary projects.
MCC also unveiled its inaugural edition of the "Market and Customer Management Manual" and organized a visit to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Good House Technology Exhibition.
Subordinate enterprises delivered exchange presentations. The conference also included market marketing training activities.
Over 140 attendees participated, including principal heads of all headquarters departments and subordinate enterprises, leaders responsible for market marketing, heads of market marketing departments, and "Marketing Elites."
