In his speech, he pointed out that China MCC, a pioneer and a leading force in China’s steel industry, and also one of earliest construction enterprises to enter the steel structure industry, possesses the sole National Key Laboratory in environmental protection for China’s steel industry and the exclusive Engineering Technology Research Center dedicated to the domestic steel structure sector, with numerous national-level R&D platforms and high-value patents. It has achieved groundbreaking innovations in advanced steel metallurgical processes, smart manufacturing, and green transformation, etc. With 12 specialized subsidiaries in scientific research, survey, and design, 16 construction subsidiaries, 7 platform companies, and resource-focused subsidiaries, it can deliver end-to-end, customized green intelligent solutions spanning the entire steel structure industry chain—from design, manufacturing, construction, to operation & maintenance. Among them, China MCC22 Group, as a core subsidiary based in Tangshan, operates the largest single-site steel structure production base in North China, featuring the most advanced production processes and the highest level of intelligent automation in the region. It specializes in core technologies such as the fabrication and installation of super-sized complex steel structures. Other subsidiaries have also pioneered multiple technological advancements in steel structure construction sector, collaborating with upstream and downstream partners to establish exemplary models of collaborative innovation across the industrial chain. 

Chen Jianguang stated that this conference has not only established an "Express Channel" for transforming innovative achievements to accelerate industry advancement, but will also inject robust momentum into pooling the strength of the entire industrial chain and tackling "Chokepoint" challenges. He expressed hope that the whole industry will adhere to collaborative innovation to build an "Integrated Innovation Community"; uphold technology-driven leadership to break through core technological bottlenecks; commit to green transformation and fulfill "Dual-carbon Commitments". China MCC will strengthen exchange and cooperation with parties, and deliver world-class service and quality to create exceptional value for the steel structure construction industry, jointly promoting the prosperous development of the industry and co-authoring a magnificent chapter in the high-quality development of the steel structure industrial chain. 

Prior to the launch ceremony, Chen Jianguang visited the relevant innovative achievements and products at the Steel Structure Industrial Chain Innovation Exhibition. 

This conference, themed by "Drive Industrial Synergy  Empower by Innovation-driven Strategy", attracted over 500 participants from government agencies, industry associations, and enterprises. Attending were Fan Wanzhu, Yuan Silang, Fei Lidong, Guo Wencai, Zheng Li, Dong Xiaohui, Zhang Wen, Lu Dongyu and other representatives from the headquarters' departments and subsidiaries.
