On April 29, Chen Jianguang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China MCC, visited Lv Zhicheng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee and Mayor of Shenyang, in Shenyang. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on further deepening their strategic cooperation between central state-owned enterprises and local authorities and promoting win-win development, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

He expressed his gratitude to Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and People's Government for its long-standing support to China MCC, and briefly introduced the business structure of China MCC. Chen Jianguang stated that China MCC has developed a business structure known as “One Core, Two Subjects, Five Characteristics” based on its professional technical advantages and business qualification advantages accumulated in the field of iron and steel metallurgy, and is making unremitting efforts towards the "One Goal, Two Best, Five Strengths" goals. China MCC and Shenyang City have established a solid cooperative foundation and profound collaborative ties, and many of its subsidiaries have actively participated in the development of Shenyang, fully committed to contributing to Shenyang's prosperity and development. China MCC has always attached great importance to its strategic cooperation with Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and People's Government, and will fully leverage the comprehensive advantages of entire industry chain, with high-quality resources, to deepen practical and effective cooperation with Shenyang City in industrial upgrading, urban renewal, and infrastructure construction, etc., contributing to building modern Shenyang with Chinese characteristics.

Both sides have vast potential to further deepen their cooperation. Following the conference, under the joint witness of both sides, China MCC22 Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenyang Municipal People's Government.
