On April 22, Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, and his delegation visited Zhang Zhaoxiang, President of the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management (CACEM). Both sides conducted in-depth negotiation and communication in jointly promoting the high-quality development of the industry and enterprises. 

Bai Xiaohu expressed his gratitude to CACEM for its long-standing support to China MCC, and introduced the basic situation and current development status of China MCC. He pointed out that in recent years, China MCC has successfully transformed based on its professional technical advantages and business qualification advantages accumulated in the field of iron and steel metallurgy. It has accumulated extensive construction experience in housing construction, municipal infrastructure, and urban renewal, etc., with a business system known as "One Core, Two Subjects, Five Characteristics", driving high-quality development of the enterprise through synergistic integration of strategic guidance, budget management, market development, contract performance management and basic management. He stated that China MCC has maintained proactive involvement in the initiatives of CACEM. Especially under the guidance of creating the National Quality Engineering Award, a batch of excellent projects have been created, leading and demonstrating the improvement of project management levels. It is hoped that both sides will further enhance communication and strengthen interaction, effectively promote deeper substantive cooperation, and jointly drive the coordinated development of CACEM and China MCC. 

Zhang Zhaoxiang extended a warm welcome to Bai Xiaohu and his delegation, and briefly introduced the basic situation of CACEM. He pointed out that reviewing the long-standing cooperation between CACEM and China MCC, China MCC has consistently provided staunch support to CACEM, and actively engaged in its initiatives. He expressed hope that China MCC would further advance all-round and in-depth cooperation with the CACEM across multiple domains.
