Recently, China MCC received a letter of appreciation from Shenzhen Habitat Construction & Conservation, in which it expressed its most sincere gratitude for the support and collaboration provided by China MCC over the past year, and fully affirmed China MCC's strategic initiative of establishing its WISDRI Headquarters in Shenzhen. 

In the letter, it stated that Shenzhen housing and construction is aligned with high-quality development in 2024, by which significant achievements are made in key sectors, such as stabilization and recovery of real estate market, steady growth in construction industry output value, continuous advancement of green and low-carbon transitions, national leadership in intelligent construction pilot initiatives, breakthroughs across multiple fronts in construction technology innovation and standard construction, etc. The achievements are attributed to the great contributions and coordinated efforts of central state-owned enterprises, including China MCC. 

In the letter, it said that China MCC, as an important participant in Shenzhen's urban construction, has demonstrated its industrial leadership responsibility from multiple dimensions in key sectors, such as stabilizing growth in the construction industry, transforming and upgrading the industry, and expanding the market, which has helped enhance the influence and competitiveness of Shenzhen's construction industry nationwide. 

In the letter, it emphasized that this is the final year for the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and also the crucial year for layout of the "15th Five-Year Plan", and expressed anticipation for strengthened collaboration between central state-owned enterprises and local authorities to jointly deliver exemplary projects with national and international influence, advancing Shenzhen’s high-quality urban development into a new era.
