In the afternoon of March 19, Chen Jianguang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC Group, and Chairman of both MCC Group and China MCC, met Liu Peng, Director of Gansu Provincial Department of Transport, and He Moubao, Secretary of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Committee, at the Minmetals Plaza. Gansu Provincial Department of Transport will consistently reinforce service guarantees, actively build a project exchange platform, focus on strengthening docking and communication, continuously optimize the business environment, and make a concentrated effort on creating better conditions for enterprises to participate in the development of Gansu's transportation. 

He Moubao said that Gannan has abundant resources and vast development potential, and it is hoped that both parties leverage the strategic cooperation agreement signed between China Minmetals and the People’s Government of Gansu Province as a catalyst to deepen collaboration in key sectors, such as transport infrastructure construction, mineral resource exploration, cultural tourism industry development, and healthcare-wellness integration.
