In the afternoon of February 26, Chen Jianguang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC Group, and Chairman of both MCC Group and China MCC, met Lin Feng, Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited 703 Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as No.703 Research Institute), at the MCC Building. Both parties had an in-depth exchange on further strengthening cooperation. 

He extended a warm welcome to Lin Feng and his delegation, and briefly introduced the business structure known as “One Core, Two Subjects, Five Characteristics” of China MCC. Chen Jianguang stated that China MCC firmly grasps scientific and technological innovation, a powerful engine for promoting high-quality development, gives full play to three roles in “Central Stated-owned Enterprises in Scientific and Technological Innovation, Industrial Control, and Security Support”, accelerates the cultivation of new productivity, leads the company’s transformation and upgrading in an organized manner, and makes unremitting efforts towards the goal of "One Goal, Two Best, Five Strengths". No.703 Research Institute has created a large number of "National Heavyweight Equipment" in line with the national needs, making important contributions to national defense and socio-economic development. Both parties are central state-owned enterprises with high business compatibility, strong complementarity and vast cooperation space. It is hoped that both parties leverage their respective strengths, integrate innovation resources, make top-level design, continuously expand cooperation fields, jointly promote the sharing of development achievements, and better achieve win-win development based on mutual benefit. 

Lin Feng expressed his gratitude to Chen Jianguang for the warm reception, and introduced the basic information, and scientific and technological industry development of No. 703 Research Institute. He stated that in recent years, No. 703 Research Institute has actively expanded the application fields of scientific and technological industry, forming five industrial sectors with the core development directions of gas turbines, energy conservation and new energy, power transmission, emergency nuclear power generation, and intelligent control engineering for traditional Chinese medicine production. At present, it is making great efforts to build a world-class innovative research institute for marine power and energy equipment. China MCC has always focused on the forefront of scientific and technological development, with fruitful achievements in high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, etc. It is hoped that both parties will further deepen exchange and cooperation, strengthen comprehensive cooperation, explore more fields, and strive to solve more "Bottleneck" problems, truly realizing complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.
