On February 25, Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC visited Li Wenxiong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Shenzhen SEZ Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. They had an exchange and discussion on deepening cooperation.

Bai Xiaohu introduced the basic situation and the business structure of "One Core, Two Subjects, Five Characteristics" of China MCC. He stated that China MCC attaches great importance to its cooperation with Shenzhen SEZ Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd., and many of its subsidiaries have a solid cooperation foundation with the Group in survey, design, construction, and supervision, etc. China MCC will fully leverage its integrated advantages across the entire utility tunnel industrial chain, incorporating the operation and maintenance of utility tunnels into "Five Linkages" strategic framework of China MCC. Under this initiative, MCC17 will lead the formation of a professional consortium.
