On February 13 to 14, Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, visited the front lines of Zhongyuan High Speed Railway Port Digital Trade and Exhibition City Project in Zhengzhou from MCC First Group and Xi'an Aerospace Like Project from China MCC22 Group to inspect the work and production resumption. Bai Xiaohu visited the construction site, focusing on inspecting project performance, work safety, personnel attendance, and resource allocation, etc. He affirmed that all the project staff quickly got into gear and steadily resumed work and production, and put forward requirements for the subsequent work.
First, aim at the goals, strengthen arrangements, and comprehensively promote all annual tasks. It is necessary to, in the spirit of "Full Speed from the Start, All-out from the Beginning", quickly put into resumption of work and production, aim at the annual goals, strengthen our confidence, face up to challenges, make elaborate arrangements, and keep responsibilities more practical. In this way, we can seize the initiative and prioritize all preventions to promote the work throughout the year.
Second, precisely plan and optimize management to accelerate project resumption and achieve full production capacity. Projects constitute the foundation of development and the source of profits. We must effectively execute project planning, strengthen construction of commercial management systems, actively implement process subcontracting models, tangibly enhance project contract performance efficiency and profitability, thereby providing robust support for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
Third, enforce accountabilities and intensify precautionary measures to fully implement the "Six Essentials". Resumption of work and production constitutes a critical window for safety risk prevention. It is imperative to heighten accountability in work safety, implement "Six Essentials" protocol (risk assessment, deployment planning, hazard identification, corrective actions, performance evaluation, oversight verification), and enforce the "Six Musts" for project resumption, and consolidate the ultimate safety defense line.
