On the morning of February 8, China MCC held the 2025 Work and Production Resumption Conference. At the conference, it made an overall arrangement for key tasks related to resuming work and production after the Spring Festival, further unified thinking and built consensus for a good start of the annual production and operation with a proactive stance of "Full Speed from the Start, All-out from the Beginning". Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Wang Zirui, the Company's Deputy Chief Engineer and Chief Safety Officer, presided over the conference. 

At the conference, it pointed out that in 2024, the entire company has made concerted efforts, overcome difficulties, and maintained the basic stability of business. During the Spring Festival, leading cadres at all levels coordinated duty arrangements, some employees stuck to their posts, and the construction of key projects were under way. This effectively ensured the steady progress of ongoing projects and the stable operation of work safety. 

At the conference, it demanded for the new year that the entire company must remain steadfast in confidence, align with the annual work arrangements outlined by the Group Corporation and China MCC to spare no effort to fully and faithfully implement all operational deployments with urgency, strive to achieve the annual production and operation goals, and seize the initiative and prioritize all preventions for the successful conclusion of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the smooth launch of the "15th Five-Year Plan". We must quickly refocus our minds, promptly arrange work, firmly implement responsibilities, and quickly get into gear; prioritize the market, intensively build up our internal strength, and make every effort to promote technological innovation and talent cultivation; further give play to the "Baton" role of planning, optimize the project control modes, strengthen the control of project progress, enhance the precision of project business management, promote the project performance, accelerate project resumption and achieve full production capacity; focus on key points, strictly abide by the red lines, and carefully guard the "three checkpoints" of quality, environmental protection, and employment; conduct strict inspections and thorough prevention, adhere to the red line, fully implement the requirements of "Six Musts" for work safety, organize and carry out the "Six Essentials" activities for work and production resumption, and strictly uphold the principle of "No production without safety; no work resumption without safety" as an absolute red line; prioritize action-driven governance with time-sensitive execution, cultivate a results-oriented culture to ensure rigorous implementation of key initiatives, strive for a "Good start" in Q1, and sprint towards "A Prosperous Year-end". 

This conference was held in an "on-site + video" format, with 3,666 video sub-sites. In total of 22,563 people attended the conference, including department heads of the MCC Headquarters, key heads, relevant leaders and department heads of subsidiaries, and members of working teams of ongoing projects (production plants).
