On the morning of March 5, the China MCC Greater Bay Area 2026 Business Operations Meeting was held in Shenzhen. Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of MCC, attended the meeting and delivered remarks.  

The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of MCC's 2026 Marketing Work Meeting. The WISDRI Headquarters reported on the main work progress in the Greater Bay Area in 2025 and the key work plan for 2026. Some participating units shared their experiences regarding the "gains and losses" of 2025 and the objectives and measures for 2026.  

The meeting stipulated the following requirements: firstly, enhance services to the grassroots level. The WISDRI Headquarters and relevant functional departments must further leverage their functional value and generate returns. Secondly, intensify efforts in bidding for public tender projects and rigorously hone internal capabilities for public tenders. The WISDRI Headquarters shall focus on assessing the quantity of public tenders in its region. Thirdly, strengthen communication with entities such as China Minmetals Land Group. Deepen "Five Linkages" and intensify efforts to penetrate the urban renewal market in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Fourthly, augment market development through technological empowerment. The WISDRI Headquarters should lead regional subsidiaries in establishing a "Technology + Construction" marketing system. Fifthly, reinforce Party building and establish a correct view of performance evaluation. Leverage the advantages of Party building in promoting marketing, shifting focus from scale orientation to value creation.    

The meeting was conducted in a hybrid "in-person + video conference" format, with approximately 110 attendees, including heads of relevant headquarters departments and subsidiaries such as Wang Bo, Pan Biyi, and Meng Fanbin, along with heads of tier-three institutions in the Greater Bay Area.
