He introduced the basic situation of China MCC and its business structure of "One Core, Two Subjects, Five Characteristics". Zhu Guangxia stated that China MCC is willing to fully leverage its entire industry chain advantages, capitalize on the new urban village renovation opportunity, actively participate in the urban village renovation and infrastructure construction in Guangzhou, accelerate the urban renewal, and promote the implementation of "Millions of Projects" and the construction of supporting municipal pipe network facilities, contributing to the high-quality development of Guangzhou. 

Hu Hao stated that Guangzhou is thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important indicative spirit in the significant address of his inspection tour in Guangdong to capitalize on the major opportunities of "6+4" urban nature and core functions assigned to Guangzhou by our country, and build a central world city with classic charm and vitality of the times. It is hoped that both parties will strengthen cooperation in housing construction, highways, municipal infrastructure, and urban renewal, etc., achieving mutual benefit, win-win results and common development.
