In order to implement the work arrangements of the Company's Party committee, seize opportunities, and explore the construction market of urban underground pipe networks and utility tunnels, MCC Group held a symposium on the market development of urban underground pipe networks and utility tunnels in Chongqing on December 11. Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC Group) and Metallurgical Corporation of China (China MCC), attended the symposium and delivered a speech. 

He pointed out that significant opportunities have emerged for the construction of urban underground pipe networks and utility tunnels, so that all units should grasp national policies, quickly engage with governments at all levels, make strategic plans, and explore the market. It is necessary to deepen the "Five Linkages", give full play to the resource endowments of MCC Group, and forge differential competitive advantages. We should further promote reform and innovation, focus on making the tertiary companies more practical, and accelerate the establishment of marketing centers. He emphasized that the marketing system should be full of unyielding drive, keep a close eye on the goals and strive hard; earnestly fulfill the "Dual Responsibilities for One Position", firmly hold the bottom line of integrity and safety, and ensure compliant operation. 

At the symposium, the experts from Chongqing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development explained the latest policies on the construction of underground pipe networks and utility tunnels. Shenzhen MCC Utility Tunnel shared its experience in the operation of underground utility tunnels. Some participating subsidiaries made exchange speeches on the construction of underground pipe networks, utility tunnels and long-distance pipelines. 

　　Over 100 people attended the symposium, including the department heads of the MCC Headquarters and relevant heads of subsidiary marketing systems, and some heads of tertiary enterprises.
