Meanwhile, we should invest more resources in introducing and cultivating qualified scientists and technicians, strengthen the advantages in scientific research and design, promote the ongoing corporate transformation and upgrading, and ensure the long-term prosperity and stability. Third, we should highlight the leading role with design, drive the construction of general contracting projects, and expand the market based on our own brand and technology strength. In particular, we should make better achievements in the overseas market on the basis of controlling the risks such as legal compliance. Four, we should strengthen the leading and guaranteeing role of Party building, further promote the construction of honest Party culture, consolidate the achievements of Party discipline learning and education, and boost the high-quality development of our enterprise through in-depth integration of Party building and production & operation.
